Location: Head Office - Perth (WA)


We are currently searching for an Accounts and Travel Officer to join our Finance Team at Osborne Park head office.

Reporting to the Finance Manager (Tax & Administration), you will be focussed on providing efficient accounts payable services and day-to-day coordination of travel arrangements bookings. Other duties include:

  • Coordination of vehicle hire and accommodation bookings;
  • Administration of Company credit cards and follow-up of Flexi Purchase online expense tool;
  • Extract reports from the ERP (JD Edwards) to prepare schedules and data for analysis;
  • Assists Business Manager or Accountant with costing and accounting issues;
  • Support the end-of-month process by processing relevant accounts in a timely manner;
  • Manages cash flow by prioritising release of payments
  • Ensure adherence to corporate limits of authority; and
  • Provide relief for other administrative staff as required.

Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a secretarial / administrative role with exposure to travel and accommodation booking systems;
  • Previous experience with JD Edwards financial package;
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software;
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting (or related field) is desirable;
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; and
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
