Financial Analyst

Basic Function

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for full-cycle finance function including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, revenue analysis, corporate reporting, and various ad-hoc reports and projects as needed. This role will interact routinely with the senior leadership team (SLT) and functional areas of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist with the Operating Plan and Forecasting process
  • Provide Weekly and Monthly Reporting and Analysis to Senior Leadership Team
  • Provide product profitability and mix analysis to Senior Leadership Team
  • Partner with functional departments to identify and implement areas of cost improvement
  • Participate / Lead in ad-hoc Analytical projects  
  • Assist with credit memo processing

Required Skills:

  • Forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication / presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted, and cross-functional environment
  • Intermediate user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience (preferable)


  • BS/BA/BBA degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1 to 2 years of FP&A experience, preferably with a Manufacturing Company
