Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Follow best practices to complete data entry assignments accurately and efficiently, according to defined quality and productivity standards. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES: The duties and responsibilities listed below serve as a general outline.  Other duties may be assigned or required to support the success of Gopher Sport.

1.Complete data entry of customer orders accurately, according to defined quality standards.

2.Complete data entry of customer requests for quotes accurately, according to defined quality standards.

3.Complete data entry associated with report requests from CS Leadership at defined required intervals and distribute as needed. 

4.Maintain productivity targets to ensure efficient and timely response to all customer orders and quotes. 

5.Provide coverage for reception area, as needed.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  1. High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
  2. Alpha and numeric data entry skills

This job is performed in an indoor office environment, which is climate controlled.  The noise level is usually minimal
