USANA Health Sciences is seeking a strategic leader to join the events team as the Director of Global Recognition and Incentives.  In this position, you will develop and manage USANA’s global recognition and incentive programs. 

In this leadership role, you will direct and manage a team of individuals which are responsible for incentive trips, recognition at major events, gifts, contests, and online and in-print recognition for over 20 markets.  Your ability to motivate and hold your team accountable will be integral to your success. As you progress in this position, you will develop many invaluable relationships both inside and outside of USANA. 

A successful individual in this position will exemplify USANA’s core values and will be able to balance strategic thinking, detail and organization, creativity, strong negotiating skills, a service mentality and the ability to clearly communicate and engage at every level of the organization. 

Additional Essential Functions 

  • Develop and manage the strategic direction for global recognition and incentives.
  • Manage the Global Recognition and Incentives team. Responsible for hiring, development, and management of all personnel and all related managerial and administrative duties.
  • Oversee, manage and negotiate contracts with meeting planners, hotels and other venues.
  • Oversee and manage all recognition aspects of the Asia Pacific and International Conventions.
  • Oversee all global recognition activities including rank advancements, and other weekly, monthly and annual awards.
  • Oversee all marketing such as print collateral, websites and emails for promotion of incentive and recognition programs.
  • Accountable and responsible for managing and reviewing the monthly and annual budget.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements 

  • Four-year university or college degree.
  • 8-10 years of related professional experience.
  • Must possess strong negotiation skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and communicate the Company products and services.
  • Ability to speak Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
