Administrative Coordinator - USANA True Health Foundation

USANA Health Sciences is seeking a passionate and devoted team player to join the USANA True Health Foundation as an administrative coordinator. In this position, you will assist the Foundation in achieving annual and overarching goals.

As the administrative coordinator, you will perform administrative responsibilities, assist donors where needed, and coordinate foundation fundraising opportunities. Your ability to build meaningful relationships will be integral to your success. As you develop in this position, you will become an invaluable asset in helping the foundation achieve its mission of providing food and nutrition to impoverished children and families worldwide.

Additional Essential Functions

  • Responsible for maintaining the Foundation’s 501(c)(3) and charitable organization status in USA and governmentally registered regions and countries
  • Work with Board of Directors to ensure they are up-to-date on Foundation activities
  • Assist with ensuring that the flow of funds that allows the Foundation to make continuous progress towards the achievement of its mission and that those funds are allocated properly to reflect present needs and future potential
  • Responsible for record-keeping and organization of reports, files, documents, etc.
  • Help oversee miscellaneous events and receptions in coordination with the Programs Manager
  • Confidently works and communicates with diverse constituency, including senior leadership, associates, staff, external partners, and vendors

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a nonprofit organization
  • Familiar with processes and reporting for maintaining 501(c)(3) and charitable organization status
  • Self-starter and hard worker displaying high productivity and follow-through
  • Ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
