The building maintenance coordinator is the main point of contact for all aspects of building and equipment maintenance at the
Paint Shop.


  • Adheres, enhances and promotes the Innotech Aviation safety policy;
  • Responsible to build the maintenance plan for the different equipment of the site in accordance with the manufacturer
  • recommendations and based on the specific use of those equipments at the site;
  • Responsible for building the maintenance records and documents pertaining to the maintenance of all critical equipment;
  • Responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly maintenance of all the building systems and critical equipment for manufacturing
  • processes;
  • Responsible to hold inventory for all required maintenance parts at a sufficient level;
  • Responsible for the preventive maintenance schedule;
  • Transact on a frequent basis with contractors and maintenance service providers to ensure adherence to the maintenance plan
  • and schedule;
  • Key resource in the development of the qualification packages for critical equipment in order to meet the regulatory
  • requirements;
  • Main resource to determine the gap between current state and required state for the qualification and maintenance of site
  • equipment to meet the regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for writing mid-level reports to document all the maintenance plan and execution logs
  • Responsible for water treatment and environmental waste water management. 


  • High School diploma
  • 2 years experience in Building Maintenance 
  • Must be able to work in high elevation 
  • Capable of working with minimum supervision.
  • Must be available on call 24 h/ 7 days a week.
  • Responsible, reliable, motivated.
  • Must be fully bilingual and be able to transact at a working level with contractors and service providers.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
