As a Strategist level Intern at Siegel+Gale, you will:

  • Display a deep understanding of dynamics of client’s business organization
  • Actively define client challenges; rapidly identifies core issues
  • Independently translate a project into an appropriate work plan
  • Efficiently convert information into insight with minimal supervision
  • Offer input into the direction of discrete deliverables
  • Collaborate with different teams, from research, to design, experience, naming and communication to bring strategies to life
  • Support strategy team members with a detail-oriented approach to research and content gathering, as well as the ability to step back and contribute to insight development and creative ideation
  • Convert research findings into actionable and value-driving insights (‘connects the dots’)
  • Create and defend a compelling, fact-based story
  • Construct quality creative briefs with minor editing or supervision
  • Align deliverables and overall direction of project recommendations
  • Create ‘client ready’ deliverables
  • Frequently participate in client work sessions and presentations
  • Contribute to ideation methods and approach

You’re a great fit for this position if you have:

  • A current or recently graduated MBA candidate (or other relevant graduate-level degree, e.g., Masters in Branding)
  • Displays a combination of creativity, critical business thinking and consultative skills
  • Is passionate about branding, design and innovation
  • Has a stated desire to work at a branding agency/consultancy post-graduation
  • Must have a minimum of three years of work experience in at least one of the following areas: experiential design/innovation; management consulting; digital
  • Must have strong references from employee(s) and/or relevant professors
  • Effective communications and strong interpersonal skills
