As a  Creative Services Specialist  at Siegel+Gale, you will:

  • Work closely with CS manager, client, design and program management teams to ensure that client assignments are on strategy, on time and on budget across multiple projects
  • Establish and maintains a cohesive and successful partnership between client and internal production team and S+G production and creative staff
  • Assist on client deliverables and timelines
  • Responsible for trafficking process and quality control on internal and client production deliverables
  • Ensure the feasibility of all production solutions and that such solution can be manufactured within client budgets
  • Provide client and internal project team with current status of all production related deliverables
  • Assist and manage production designers in archival of client deliverables to ensure efficient access to current and historical files
  • Oversee fabrication and production in progress
  • Negotiate and assist in pricing and licenses for third party intellectual property
  • Be responsible for trafficking to on time in budget deliverables and assist production department in trafficking daily project flow
  • Ensure all mandatory processes are being followed
  • Manage external vendor relationships

You’re a great fit for this position if you have:

  • 8+ years of trafficking experience in Creative Services, Marketing Communications or Agency industries
  • Strong traffic experience in print and pre-press production and estimation
  • Proficiency with tools and techniques and process of project management
  • Knowledge of process and documentation
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Detailed oriented focus with a clear understanding of the overall objectives
