Venterra is searching for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing division, reporting to the Demand Generation Manager. This individual will play a key role in executing digital marketing needs (SEM, PPC and social media-Facebook & Instagram), displaying advertising and marketing automation campaigns.
Build workflows and automated email campaigns in Mailchimp to move interested lead to deeper conversion point
Create landing pages to accompany digital campaigns
Establish a range of automated marketing campaigns based on various criteria
Ensure all platforms within the business communicate with each other to remove discrepancies
Segment audiences and optimize campaigns to increase effectiveness. Specifically, increase in Lead to Visit Ratio and Lead to Lease Ratio
Create and manage multiple lead generating Facebook ad campaigns
Create "lookalike" and custom Facebook audiences. Experiment and test creative campaigns and images
Write new and differentiating ad copy
Create video and photo content for social media, website, and internal use using Adobe Products as needed
Carry out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results
Conduct competitor research related to paid search, remarketing, and paid social campaigns
Perform daily analysis, adjustments and reporting to further improve campaign performance
Create analytical and statistical reports on events, marketing campaigns, social media activities, and other paid advertising performance; ILS
What we’re looking for:

Basic to intermediate web & design skills
3+ years of proven digital marketing experience, ideally within a similar industry
Degree in engineering, marketing, or mathematics
Proven working experience in digital marketing including SEM, PPC, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Proficient in Mailchimp, Marketo, Hubspot or similar platform
Proficient understanding of running multiple successful Facebook Ads, including Lead Generation Campaigns (Facebook Blueprint experience is preferred but not required)
Proficient working with Wordpress; specifically landing pages
Intermediate in Creative Suite products (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, (Json, Php skills preferred but not required)
Working knowledge of setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and remarketing campaigns
Working knowledge of dynamic conversion tracking
Excellent organization and content planning skills
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Extremely analytical and capable of translating complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans
The position must be based in Dallas, TX.
