  The Admissions Services Coordinator manages all administrative functions of the Admissions Department.  

Admissions Services Coordinator at YTI …

  • Coordinate the daily activities of the Admissions department including the appointment schedule
  • Manage the front-desk mailing procedures, i.e., meter, postage due account and business reply account
  • Participate in and take minutes for the weekly Admissions Meeting, monthly Campus Leadership Meeting and other ad-hoc meetings
  • Manage and organize the maintenance of files, records, schedules and reports for Admissions
  • Manage the acceptance of all students applying to YTI
  • Responsible for keeping all Admissions documentation current, including but not limited to:  Enrollment Agreements, Change of Status forms and Applications
  • Coordinate and assist with the preparation of Open Houses, Orientation and other special events

Position Requirements:

  • Associate Degree and/or relevant post secondary training preferred
  • 3 to 5 years related administrative experience 
  • Ability to operate standard office machines 
  • Advanced proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and database software
  • Must possess good working knowledge of English, spelling, grammar and punctuation 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with different deadlines
