Admissions Coordinators respond to inquiries from individuals interested in attending YTI. They schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students, inform prospective students of YTI’s program offerings and support services,  process student applications for admissions, support students in their efforts to start school and orient themselves to school life, and maintain support for enrolled students as a member of the YTI team in an effort to enhance student success.

Admissions Coordinators at YTI …

  • Conduct admissions interviews and tours with all interested prospective students
  • Assist prospective students with the application process (A2S)
  • Collaborate with student support departments, including; Financial Aid, Student and Career Services as needed to provide adequate customer care and support
  • Participate within Future Student orientation; and all other associated activities as assigned

**The schedule for this position will include day, evenings, and Saturday hours.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, or Career Training preferred
  • Direct Sales/Customer Service experience required; prior Admissions experience a plus
  • Outgoing and professional personality
  • Strong customer service, problem resolution abilities, and ability to build positive relationships with students and parents
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good time management skills and excellent phone skills
  • Strong follow-up, organization, and customer service skills an absolute requirement
  • Proficient computer skills
