Associate Trainers/Freelance Trainers Wanted NOW

Exciting new opportunity to join our network of Training Delivery Associates and be part of a leading global learning team.

Currently hiring for new training delivery opportunities in the UK, covering Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Peterborough, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Warwickshire on a freelance/contract basis for a minimum of 2 years.

You will become part of our team responsible for managing and delivering learning programmes and building strong partnerships with a range of key stakeholders, including business SME’s, HR, external partners and other learning areas

 

About the role

  • To build, maintain and grow trusted relationships with business stakeholders to understand relevant business issues
  • To support interactions with business stakeholders and deploy the outcome
  • Support relationships at all levels within the business and HR to be capable of supporting the learning needs analysis, design and development of Learning Solutions with key stakeholders and SMEs.
  • Support and maintain all learning content relevant to the businesses you are supporting, in collaboration with other areas of GP Learning and the business.
  • Support learning development initiatives (new and existing) on behalf of the customer and the business
  • In liaison with the GP Design and Development and Vendor teams, collaborate with external partners on the design, development and delivery of learning solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure appropriate quality assurance processes are in place and delivered learning achieves the expected business objectives.
  • To support the development of high-level, performance-based curriculum maps
  • To effectively advocate the value of performance analysis and diagnostics
  • To evaluate pilot and deployed solutions for effectiveness
  • To keep abreast of current learning industry thinking, bring innovation and new ideas to solutions, in partnership with the Design and Development teams

About you

  • Professional qualification/degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in working as a learning consultant/coordinator or other relevant experience within Learning and Development team
  • Proven experience in building and managing key relationships and partnerships.
  • Broad knowledge of learning interventions
  • You will have excellent communication skills, excellent PowerPoint and presentation abilities; strong IT skills and be adaptable to travel to various sites.
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Systems thinking and understanding
  • Well rounded business experience resulting in business and financial acumen
  • Ability to communicate in a business setting
  • Have strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Project management experience
  • Working knowledge of organisational development interventions
  • An understanding of organisational dynamics
