Buller Hospitality is seeking a number of qualified and experienced chefs and cooks to fill various positions throughout the resort. These positions play a significant role in catering for Mt Buller’s many dining areas. Successful applicants will be able to focus on the areas where their skills are best suited. Applicants must work as part of a team with a high focus on preparing, producing and serving food to an exceptional standard.
Chefs and cooks will need to align their experiences and skills with the different offerings ranging from fine dining to bistro. From head chefs to junior chefs, applicants should understand their abilities and the necessary criteria to meet one of the current positions before applying:
