Essential Functions and Primary Duties

The key focus of this role is on the experience our clients and internal users have with our service and communication. Specifically, but not limited to, the individual will be responsible for:

KNOWLEDGEABLE CONTENT

  • Ensure that the overall content is both professional and effective
  • Review and approve created articles
  • Create landing/linked pages for ease of navigation
  • Gather information from Subject Matter Experts and re-write into a defined style
  • Establish system of categorizing articles and linking related articles
  • Ensure the articles remain updated through a consistent process
  • Review the structure of the knowledge base on a regular basis to ensure it reflects the needs of the business

CLIENT COMMUNICATION

  • Review and coordinate all mass-communication sent to clients
  • Establish and maintain communication standards and a process for execution

LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

  • Maintain and update all course information to ensure standards are met and kept at a high level of quality
  • Prepare necessary documents for classroom or webinar trainings
  • Assist in creation of Computer Based Training videos for employees and clients

CLIENT AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

  • Execute and report on all scheduled and ad-hoc surveys
  • Maintain and improve upon the process of client engagement through various forms of feedback, including but not limited to electronic surveys

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience and skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage schedules or tasks
  • Plan and execute change effectively; follow up, follow-through and feedback
  • Strong time management/prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Passion for the appearance of an item to look visually pleasing and grammatically correct

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required
  • 3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert
  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
