You’ll join a community team  - including leasing, maintenance, The Goat and wellness team members - committed to reinforcing the brand and creating a participation-driven environment for residents, guests, and neighbors.    
 
The Property Management team at LC is in the midst of an exciting period of growth, and we’re looking for talented team members to build upon our impact from strategy through execution.  In this role, you’ll assist in overseeing daily operations at one of our luxury apartment communities.
 
Make an impact through these primary responsibilities:

  • Leads, manages, directs and develops community leasing and maintenance teams.
  • Properly documents data on a daily basis into Entrata software to include transfers and renewals of leases and audits leasing database and security deposit records to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Manages general leasing and renewal activities and oversees rent collection as well as managing the customer experience.
  • Managers the customer experience. 
  • Manages ad hoc projects as necessary.

Leverage the following experience in pursuit of our collective goals: 

  • High school degree or equivalent is required, bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • 2+ years of experience managing operations and directly supervising staff in a hospitality, retail, customer service and/or property management environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn property management software is essential.
  • Strong leadership aptitude required. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment necessary. Outstanding customer service skills required. Strong communication and conflict management resolution skills are necessary.
