USANA Health Sciences is seeking a motivated leader to join our team as Director of USANA’s U.S. Sales (English market). In this position, you will take the lead in partnering with independent associates and developing leadership, coaching, business planning, and creative program implementation.  

As USANA’s Director of USANA’s U.S. Field Development (English market), you will lead the strategic decision-making to drive the key performance indicators, which include increasing active customer count and developing the next generation of leadership. Your ability to create successful partnerships will be essential to your success. In this director level position, you will establish and develop goals and strategies for the English market located within the US. As you develop in this position, you will become a key to customer success. Being able to develop and achieve field development goals will be essential to your success.

A successful individual in this position will exemplify USANA’s core values and will be an essential key to the growth of our customers and organization. 

Essential Functions:

  • Establish and develop the English markets annual strategic calendar, budgets and performance targets
  • Collaborate with other internal teams on events, initiatives and quarterly business reviews as well as overall company strategy
  • Develop, organize and actively participate in company and associate meetings
  • Constantly assess associate success and business outcomes in the context of compensation plan strategy, providing feedback and recommendations to the company to optimize and drive associate performance
  • Identify and support opportunities for field leadership development, coaching individual leaders and their teams and recognizing and reinforcing successful practices

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Requirements:

  • BS/BA and strong GPA, MBA - Preferred
  • 10 years of experience growing and developing field development staff in areas of sales success, delivering business initiatives, quarterly plans, budgets and performance targets
  • Direct Selling industry experience required
  • Ability to implement sales development initiatives, sales metrics and group/individual goals
  • Approachable and warm demeanor, ability to influence (in the field as well as at the C-level)
  • Must possess an enthusiastic, up-beat disposition and positive, can-do attitude
  • Bring a successful track record in developing and leading a field organization
