1Prospect Technologies, LLC is seeking a qualified Software Developer who will be responsible for the design and development of system enhancements, code, test and perform user acceptance. The Software Developer will perform minor and major enhancements to support ongoing iterations and bug fixes throughout the process.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Acts as the liaison between the end user other development team members
Manages workloads, workflows, demand, and capacity management for all employees
Produces monthly status report and conduct senior level meeting/briefings
Ensures all disseminated new applications and tools have been tested and are free of malicious code (e.g. virus, worm, etc.) prior to being deployed.
Supports testing and deploying non-production versions of the application or any relevant resources
Specifies and reviews requirements; performs system design review; system tests; integration tests; system acceptance tests and implementation of software developed.
Major Enhancements of Resident Management Software system and Oracle Databases
Five (5) to seven (7) years of software development
Three (3) years support of the Federal Government contract
Five (5) years of experience in application programming languages to include C# (Visual Studio) and C++ (Embarcadero C++ Builder).
Familiar with basic and advanced concepts in C++ and Microsoft dotNET, as well as mobile platform development tools (e.g. couch, Pouch, MySQL, xamarin, etc.).
Experience with database environments including Oracle Databases
Experience with working with Governance boards, and methodologies commonly governing DoD organizations
Experience working in construction industry preferred
Must be able to obtain certifications per DoD 8570.1M for privileged level access
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of ITIL Incident Management
Knowledge of DoD audit readiness requirements and RMF
Knowledge in implementing computer systems in a phased approach of requirements analysis and conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing.
Knowledge of lifecycle support, including maintenance, administration and management.
Must be able to develop technical documentation for operational sustainment
Ability to keep abreast of new technologies and be able to adapt and make recommendation based on best practices.
Capable of performing configuration management, integrating software, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions in support of user community
Strong familiarity with concurrency, threading, and asynchronous programming will be required.
Familiar with the Authorization To Operate (ATO) process.
Be a U.S. Citizen.
Be fluent in the English Language as exemplified in their written and verbal skills.
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Position may require moderate travel
