Advancia Technologies is seeking qualified candidates with 10-15 years of project management experience (military/civilian) serving in maneuver formations, to supervise military instructors at Fort Benning GA.
Direct interface between the government and the instructor teams to support current and projected training requirements at Fort Benning.
Plans instructional team support.
Provide written After Action Reports; Collect/analyze lessons learned, identify trends, review capstone doctrinal publications. Review course documents and training materials for accuracy and prepare suggested changes and modifications (i.e. learning product development).
Participate in both on-site and off-site meetings, with a frequency of weekly, monthly, or as otherwise required. Topics include training management, personnel certification, and logistical (support maintenance, supply, equipment readiness, services, and transportation).
Submit end of month reports to the government.
Ensures all deliverables are managed and completed
Maintain written and oral communications with the government concerning technical aspects of the PWS
Monitors employee performance and corrects any deficiencies; Coordinates the use of provided government furnished property/equipment.
Experience in tactical communications, light infantry or special operations field.
Experience in tactical intelligence, light infantry, cavalry, or special operations fields.
Experience with associated equipment for light and heavy units.
Experience with situational awareness implementation and military advisor support.
Working knowledge of DOD, Joint, and Army Training, Training Management, and Training Support practices, policies, procedures, concepts, and methodology involved in Army training.
Experience in the delivery of military instruction (Common Faculty Development Program- Instructor Course [CFDP-IC] certified or equivalent certification [e.g., other branch of service, civilian education]) within the last five years.
Experience developing learning products.
Working knowledge of ATP 3-20.96, ADP 3.0, FM 3.98, FM 3-90-1, FM 3-90-2.
Ability to utilize analytical tools and techniques, such as war games and simulations.
Experience with the systems approach to training/curriculum development (ADDIE) and management.
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather. Capable of climbing up/down on a variety of military and armored vehicle platforms.
Graduate of infantry or armor basic and advance courses preferred.
Leadership experience at platoon-through company level, or higher preferred.
