Capabilities Development and Integration Development (CDID) Directorate PROJECT LEAD – at Fort Sill, OK
Potawatomi Training LLC is seeing qualified candidates to serve as a project lead, supervising a team that supports the Fort Sill CDID mission, including (1) Fires Integrated Capability Development Team (ICDT) efforts across CDID, Fires Center of Excellence (FCOE) and from external agencies to ensure integrated products are developed reflecting the entire Fires Community of Interest’s viewpoints
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise a team to assist the CDID in the following:
Development of methodology, timelines, and other necessary products to ensure required concepts and JCIDs products, including capability based assessments (CBA), are completed in accordance with (IAW) guidance and timelines.
Planning and coordination of Fires ICDT meetings as necessary to support product development for the future Fires concepts and experimentation as part of a campaign of learning that will challenge key assumptions and ideas as envisioned in the Army Capstone Concept, Army Operating Concept, and Fires Functional Concepts.
Develop Fires input to Army’s Capstone (ACC) and Operational Concepts (AOC), the Army Functional Concept for Fires (AFC-F), FCOE Campaign of Learning, Fires Operational Mode Summary /Mission Profiles (OMS/MPs), and Fires Cost – Benefit Analyses.
Develop and draft input for Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Force Design Update operational concepts.
Identify, and assess potential doctrine, organizations, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, facilities and policy (DOTMLPF-P) solutions.
At least ten years’ cumulative operational experience in Field Artillery (FA) or Air Defense Artillery (ADA).
Two years’ experience in the development, review and staffing of FA or ADA related documents and publications.
Possess the ability to effectively communicate conceptual ideas in writing and orally articulate thoughts to support the development of Army and joint Field Artillery or ADA concepts, doctrine and tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs).
