Mission Simulation Center (MSC) PROJECT LEAD – at Fort Sill, OK
Potawatomi Training LLC is seeing qualified candidates to serve as a project lead, supervising a team that supports Mission Simulations Center (MSC), a multi-echelon, multi-environment training support facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise 21 personnel in providing resident constructive simulations and training support for Students attending Officer, Warrant Officer, and NCO courses:
Managers overseeing the JCATS, Fire Sim XXI, AFATDS, and MUSE META-VR Databases
Senior Sim Tech
Mission Command Systems Integrator
Simulations/Mission Command System Operators
Provide Simulations Based Instruction and Mission Command System training in accordance with the Field Artillery and Air Defense Artillery Schools applicable Programs of Instruction (POI), and published training schedules.
Bachelor’s degree, any discipline, and three years’ experience as Team/Project Manager.
Three years’ experience in applying simulations, simulators, models, and games for training and education purposes. Three years’ experience linking C4I application and mission command systems with the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability- Entity Resolution Federation (JLCCTC-ERF) simulation.
One year experience using the most recent version of Microsoft Operating System, Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Win7, Microsoft office Professional 2010), and other common desktop applications such as Adobe Acrobat), and the ability to quickly learn unique applications.
