Future Fires Strategic Planning and Analysis PROJECT LEAD – at Fort Sill, OK
Potawatomi Training LLC is seeing qualified candidates to serve as a project lead, supervising a team that supports Future Fires Strategic Planning and Analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise a team that conducts Strategic Planning and Analysis
Provide quarterly status reports, final technical reports, and interim reports
Provide white papers on the following:
Field Artillery’s Ammunition Strategy
Fires Warfighting Functions’ delivery platform strategy
GPS denied impact action plan
Fires Warfighting Functions’ radar strategy
AMD Capabilities Program Review (CPR)
Indirect Fire CPR
Bachelor’s degree, any discipline, and three years’ experience as Team/Project Manager.
Ten years’ experience in either ADA or FA.
Able to describe the purpose and primary theme of the most recent Army Capstone, Operating, and Warfighting Functional concept for Fires, and bea able to summarize the JCIDS process.
Experience in developing, reviewing and staffing concepts and or doctrine and related documents and publications, as well as briefings to flag officers or equivalent
Possess the ability to effectively communicate conceptual ideas in writing and orally articulate thoughts to support the development of Army and Joint Air Defense concepts.
