Location: Ft. Leavenworth
Advancia Corporation is seeking Data Architects to support the Architecture Integration and Management Knowledge Element (AIMKE) contract to perform a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks.
Duties include work in the areas of:
user and systems requirements and analysis, applications development and maintenance, computer systems support, network design and maintenance, and data/database analysis/administration.
Designs, models, documents, and guides the logical and conceptual relationship of data and database changes for complex applications.
Analyzes needs and requirements of existing and proposed systems, and develops technical, structural, and organizational specifications.
May create standards and/or do modeling to monitor and enhance capacity and performance.
Applies advanced technical principles, theories and concepts.
Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.
Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives.
Determine and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
Act as advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of database design and implementation experience; 5 years of systems engineering experience
Knowledge to include capability development, JCIDS (Joint Capabilities Integration Development System) and/or DoDAF (Department of Defense Architecture Framework)
Security Clearance of SECRET
