Advancia Technologies is seeking a qualified candidate with 2-4 years’ experience as a Standardization & Evaluation (Stan/Eval) Support person, while serving in an operational flying unit.

Summary: Qualified Sand/Eval support personnel for Headquarters Air Education and Training Command (HQ AETC) at Sheppard AFB Wichita Falls, Texas

Stan/Eval Requirements:

  • Maintain compliance with 11-2MDSV2 and AFI 11-202V2, as well as applicable MAJCOM and local guidance/supplements for AETC permanent, attached, and associate aircrew, as well as students
  • Create, update, review and maintain documents and flight evaluation folders (FEF)
  • Maintain accountability and control of flight-testing materials
  • Update data in Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and locally developed computer database systems
  • Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM)/ Squadron Aviation Resource Management (SARM), Training Squadron (TRS), Standardization/Evaluation (DOV), Training Flight (DOT), Student Training Management (STM), Squadron Leadership, MS support and other personnel or agencies as needed to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS)
  • Review and update temporary and permanent party records, folders and grade books per AFI 11-202V1, Flying Operations, Air Crew Training, AFI 11-2MDS-V2, and associated MAJCOM/Installation supplements and locally developed guidance
  • Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluations, and training requirements via e-mail, telephone or in person
  • Perform testing administrator duties/functions for the unit
  • Conduct monthly reviews for those aircrews entering the first month of evaluation eligibility period
  • Standardize mission planning software loads and updates, Squadron crypto key variable loading processes and updates, and intelligence vault to include vault upgrades
  • Standardize technical order library throughout mission planning vault computers
  • Standardize/Execute mission data cartridge and in-flight map data cartridge (MSCs) checkout procedures.

Common Task Requirements:

  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, phone systems and computers for spreadsheets, word processing, database management, electronic mail and other applications
  • Prepare and make changes to reports, memos, letters, forms, briefings, emails and other documents using Microsoft Office in the format established by assigned organization
  • Utilize the Graduate/ Training Integrated Management System (GTIMS) and/or comparable weapon system specific Training Management System (TMS) or equivalent; GTIMS, TMS, Patriot Excalibur (PEX), or equivalent (referred as Management Systems (MS))
  • Provide customer service as needed and respond to information requests
  • Establish and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other materials IAW USAF Records Management standards
  • Perform in-processing and out-processing functions of personnel
  • Provide quarterly inputs to Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT)
  • Complete MICT communicators applicable to programs they are assigned, identify deficiencies, create and administer Corrective Action Plans

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a DoD operational flying unit (active duty, guard/reserve, contractor or civilian).
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to operate the following systems/programs:
    • Computer based training and integrated management system (TIMS, GTIMS, PEX, X-plan)
    • SharePoint websites and communities of practice
    • Microsoft Access is not required but highly desired
  • Must be physically able to perform all the technical duties
  • Must be able to adapt under a highly stressful multi-task environment for extended periods of time/up to 8 hours
  • If prior service, must have received an honorable discharge
  • Applicant will be subject to Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
