Who We Need:
Our Retail onboarding concierge team is in need of a qualified facilities architect to support our rapidly growing retail sales channel. Cardinal Financial will challenge the associate to keep operations running smoothly at company facilities, branches, and events. Proactively prepare and maintain administrative support for the sales support team in its entirety.
What You Will Do:
Identify potential lease opportunities at the local level.
Develop a network of brokers that make searching for lease opportunities a simple process.
Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and technology.
Allocating and managing space between buildings.
Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
Helping branches to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing.
Ensuring adequate catering and vending services.
Collaborate with several departments within the company as well as external sources to ensure facilities are well planned, organized, and prepared proactively.
Provide licensing support for newly onboarded branches.
Coordinate with ALL department of Cardinal Financial to assure new candidates have what they need; i.e. login credentials, marketing, new programs, pricing.
Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals.
Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data.
Maintains an exceedingly high level of service to all newly onboarded associates in accordance with designed 30, 60, 90, 120 onboarding curricula .
Educates and assists new hires with our onboarding process.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Ensuring new hires are welcomed into the organization and provided with the proper tools and resources to function in their new role – inclusive of facility and office space.
