The SIOP Leader/ Master Scheduler will lead and continuously improve upon our Sales, Operations and Inventory Planning (SIOP) process to consistently meet or exceed forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time-delivery (OTD).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SIOP Processes and leverage SIOP data
  • Achieve market winning lead-times for assigned product lines
  • Ensure the PFEP is optimally performing
  • Monitor MRS performance through daily walks
  • Establish clear and effective controls and communication among
  • Communicate actual vs. planned performance  

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years of forecasting/demand planning or statistical/business analysis in a manufacturing environment
  • Expert Lean, kanban and value stream management skills
  • Knowledge of Sales Inventory & Operations Planning best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to make timely, effective, fact based decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to perform and produce results in multifunctional team
  • Expert end-to-end supply chain and down-stream impact knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Operations related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS/MBA preferred
  • CPIM and CSCP certifications are highly desired
