We are currently seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to be an Inside Sales Support Specialist for our First Quality Products, Inc. located in McElhattan, PA.  The Specialist will reach business targets through excellent telephone and communication skills. This individual will develop phone based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads with prospect calls and establishing an on-going relationship with existing and potential customers to build awareness, stimulate interest and demand for First Quality Products.  The Sales Support Specialist will also support consumers, distribution partners, and co-workers with information that is imperative in day-to-day operations. 


Successful candidate will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • High School Diploma /some college experience preferred

  • Previous work experience in a sales or telesales required

  • Self -motivated

  • Marketing and/or sales background required

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills a must

  • Ability to overcome objections of prospective customers

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environment

  • Solid experience in pre-call planning, account development and time management

  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook a must

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office environment
