We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Absorbent Hygiene Marketing team located in Lewistown, PA. This person will support and assist in developing and executing all marketing strategies, programs and key projects for products within the Absorbent Hygiene portfolio. Recommends changes to current product development procedures based on market research and new trends.


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Understand and execute category leadership concepts including, but not limited to, assortment reviews, pricing analysis, new item introductions, promotional planning and evaluation, consumer usage analysis

  • Develops and maintains in-depth product and market trend knowledge.

  • Experience utilizing data to analyze a business and form strategic recommendations.

  • Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and as a leader of a team in ambiguous situations

  • Analyze and monitor the activity of competitors.

  • Accompany Sales Ambassadors on account calls as needed.

  • Develop strategic marketing plans and sales materials for the management team and customer presentations.

  • Strong presentation skills – both creating compelling visual presentations and communicating clearly and effectively in front of senior management and customers.

  • The ability to prioritize and drive results in a fast paced environment.

  • Resilient and adaptable to change.


The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing or relevant experience.  MBA a plus.

  • 7+ years blended experience in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Market Research, or Category Development/Management, with at least 5 in marketing (product marketing, brand marketing, customer/segment marketing).

  • Strong verbal and writing communications skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.

  • Solid experience in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
