We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our Brand Marketing department for our First Quality Consumer Products, LLC located in McElhattan, PA. This role will provide digital and eCommerce support to all Brand Teams. The ideal candidate will possess a motivation to develop skills in brand management, and a desire to collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment. This position also requires someone who is detail oriented and has the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects at once.
Primary responsibilities include:
Lead the eCommerce, digital and social media strategy for all customer and brand marketing activities.
Develop the strategy for digital creative content for customers and campaigns related to growing the branded business, and execute that strategy
Manage the creation, execution and maintenance of all eCommerce and digital assets and programs with customers and partners
Assist with the launch of all new projects, managing the documentation necessary to begin the project
Manage the documentation process and all related activities for marketing projects
Develop strong working relationships, within the Marketing group and across functions
Assist with ordering and fulfilling requests as needed to include – promotional items, sampling, etc.
Develop and maintain general product knowledge, customer and brand expectations, and an understanding of high level market trends
Develop awareness of brand landscape to influence innovation
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Entry level considered, 1 to 2 years’ experience preferred
Must be interested in Branding, Marketing principles, policies, advertising and promotion
Demonstrated aptitude in the digital space: social media, eCommerce, digital presence
Ability to foster trusting relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
Strong attention to detail, methodical, organized, process-oriented, adaptable
Ability to demonstrate a natural curiosity for investigating, analyzing, and problem-solving skills
An appreciation of the creative process
Adept at team collaboration
Understanding of Healthcare landscape a plus
Understanding of Brand Management a plus
Ability to quickly adapt to new methods and keep things moving under pressure and on tight deadlines
Ability to set goals, multitask, and prioritize workload
Knowledge of project management principles, processes, and software a plus
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence
