As an Assistant Director, you will oversee all operations of the region's group homes, including supervising managers and staff; providing budget and financial oversight to programs; ensuring compliance with OARs, agency policies, and our philosophy of care; ensuring ISPs, financial safeguards, and other protective measures for the people in our services are followed; participating in licensing reviews and quality assurance processes; and similar or related tasks.
