Essential Duties and Responsibilities (additional responsibilities may be assigned)
Responsible for compiling, maintaining, analyzing and presenting market, customer, and internal company sales data to evaluate performance and sales strategies in the market.
Maintains databases and prepares weekly/monthly reports.
Utilizes in-houses tools (MicroStrategy) and external tools (IRI, AC Neilsen, Spectra) to develop detailed market analysis and targets.
Provides analysis of market execution and program ROI.
Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data. Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. The role covers a wide range of responsibilities to support the company’s growth objectives and ensure profitability throughout the designated channel.
Emphasis will be placed on incorporating common templates, reporting, and brand focus across all RNDC markets. Position will provide necessary support for business review and planning meetings.

Provides analysis of market execution and program ROI. This position will need to use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles.
Interact with customers/suppliers to promote the Company’s business and image (be able to communicate effectively with both customers and suppliers while projecting RNDC/NDC values/goals).
Attend meetings/training necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
Product and distribute consolidated financial statements and Gross Profit reports.
Research variances on financial st atements, and originate correcting journal entries resulting from analysis.
Handles special projects as requested by management.
Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data or arrange to obtain existing data.
Manage Supplier Profitability. This would include managing the profit index and profit point objectives, while making sure that the RNDC margins remain healthy. Overseeing all funds, such as LMF and EG, and making sure that they are managed within the RNDC guidelines. Working closely with the supplier finance teams to ensure that the financial objectives are being met. This would include a thorough job in managing the ROI on key programs, assessing the margin impact on pricing changes, and making sure that all market spend was driving positive brand growth. Understanding the profitability of the size and type mix, and the effectiveness of promoting the size within each brand. Manage Data Feeds for Depletions and Chargebacks with supplier. Manage aged inventory and aging statements to ensure they are less than 60 /90 days in each market.
Planning Process and Review Meetings. Making sure that all markets had the appropriate tools to plan their monthly, channel, and chain goals during each fiscal year. Understanding the market opportunities and issues. Managing the size goals and market plans and how they impact profit. Understanding the correct inventory levels and make sure that inventory levels are reduced and there are no OOS issues. Providing the necessary support for monthly review meetings, QBR’s, TTT meetings, and brand meetings. Mange the forecasting process with the supplier and making sure that it achieves the RNDC profit plan and matches the expectations of the supplier.
Marketing Programs. Understand the POS needs to effectively drive key programs. Understand the effectiveness of key programs. Ensure that all programs are communicated effectively and timely, including monthly priorities.
Project Management. Provide necessary support for managing key projects such as corporate incentives, multicultural (ROI and program effectiveness), brand standards (analysis and understanding of market opportunities), W & C initiatives that are managed with spirits, destination accounts and the ROI in these accounts.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree from four-year college or university preferred; seven or more years related experience, preferably previous marketing and analyzing data with an alcoholic beverage wholesaler or supplier and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Mathematical, Reasoning and Computer Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts (such as probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane and solid geometry, and trigonometry) and apply concepts (such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations). Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished (in written, oral, or diagram form) and to deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite software (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and etc.), and order processing systems (such as Logility, Microstrategy, and etc.) or the aptitude to learn.
