USANA Health Sciences is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced technical individual to join our IT Help Desk department as a System Technician I. In this position, you will provide support to users, associates and other helpdesk members by researching, monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving IT systems related issues.
As a System Technician I, you will maintain company computers by installing, configuring, repairing and upgrading hardware and software, support associates with technical related issues relating to USANA’s products and systems while providing leadership and support to the helpdesk to ensure timely resolution and excellent service level maintained. Your ability to demonstrate your technical and problem resolution skills will be integral to your success. As you develop in this position, you will have opportunity to grow within the help desk department as well as other teams within all of IT.
