USANA is seeking a full-time (Monday-Friday 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.) Spanish/English speaking representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you have the opportunity to assist USANA Associates from around the globe as they build successful home-based businesses

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for resolving the concerns of USANA’s customers and Associates. You will respond to their needs and requests by processing orders and new applications, and will resolve problems through phone, email, online chat, and––at times––in person. Your ability to resolve problems and maintain a positive demeanor will be integral to your success. As you develop in this position, you will play an essential role in creating an excellent customer experience for USANA customers and Associates.

A successful representative will exhibit a positive attitude, be teachable, and will exemplify USANA’s core values.

Additional Essential Functions

  • Provide outstanding customer service for both internal and external customers
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Associate retention programs
  • Responsible for contacting Associates to gather statistical information, noting suggestions and comments, and improving customer service

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Basic math skills and computer knowledge, with online navigation skills
  • One-year customer service experience or equivalent call center experience preferred
  • Experience with an online chat platform preferred
