Ross Education, LLC will not tolerate certain conduct under any circumstances and employees who engage in such conduct will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination. It is within Ross Education, LLC’s sole discretion as to what level of discipline it will apply. In addition, Ross Education, LLC may, at its sole discretion, choose to give employees oral or written warnings and/or place employees on probation prior to discharging them. Again, whatever disciplinary action Ross Education, LLC may choose to use does not alter its right to discharge employees at will and not provide any warnings or probation prior to discharge.
