Job Description:

  • Provide technical leadership and supervisory role for the market PMs and PIM SME
  • Stay in close contact with Project Managers and SMEs to understand the need and facilitate developing of the testing methodologies, MOPs, and any other technical references for PIM testing, discovery, and mitigation based on customer documentations and specifications
  • Responsible for managing relations with 3rd party vendors (Tower companies, Tool and training providers)
  • Provide support and guidance for timely and correct completion of PIM mitigation tasks to all market teams
  • Responsible for interviewing and hiring field staff and PMs as needed
  • Tracking and reporting the progress regularly
  • Sharing weekly progress calls with market teams and facilitating knowledge sharing between teams
  • Seeking client feedback regularly and ensuring timely invoicing

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in Project/Program Management experience in wireless industry
  • RF/Wireless Engineering experience
  • Program Management skills with complex program experience
  • Good understanding of the PIM testing and mitigation strategies in base station sites
  • Solid understanding of wireless networks and KPIs as well as general understanding of the base station hardware and antennas
  • Experience providing guidance and technical leadership to field PMs and teams
  • Ability to think analytically and to solve complex problems
  • Experience in preparing test plans and MOPs
  • Experience with preparation of detailed technical reports
  • Experience with project budgets, invoicing, vendor management and hiring processes
  • PMP/PgMP is desired

 

Additional Position Requirements:

A background investigation and drug test is required.
