Develops sales campaigns and orchestrate direct selling efforts using an extensive business aircraft charter network in order to secure and broker the sale of third party charters to Company clients.



  • Adhere to company procedures and policies;
  • Provide quotes on charter requests by telephone, fax and e-mail;
  • Organize charter flights including times, passenger names, ground transportation and catering requests etc.;
  • Secure available aircraft for mission;
  • Follow up on charter flights in progress;
  • Implement formal client satisfaction and follow-up procedures;
  • Resolves problems and provides ongoing support;
  • Keeps up to date quote statistics;
  • Maintain contact database;
  • Provides billing information to accounting on all charter flights;
  • Issues monthly customer report and any other reports as may be required by Management;
  • Updates aircraft information on e-charters website;
  • Updates information and develops deep relationships with charter operators and aircraft sources of supply (fleet, rate per hour, insurance, operating certificates, etc.);
  • Works on special projects as required (e.g. researching selling rates per hour, provide information to potential customers,
  • Develop and produce miscellaneous reports as required by policy and regulatory requirements;
  • Provides broker and network status reports – both financial and operational;
  • Meet and strives to exceed the yearly sales quotas set for charter sales;
  • Stay in close communication with customers to seek any future opportunities;
  • Establish new customer relationships and grow customer base;
  • Prepare for and attend trade shows, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional or national promotional opportunities;
  • Work with the team to find optimal charter solutions for customers and the Company;
  • Gather market information and share with colleagues to maintain competitiveness;
  • Maintain record of prospects, leads, customer contacts, wins & losses on database
  • Ensure adherence to all Company payment and pricing policies on all transactions.


  • College diploma in a relevant field

  • Aviation Experience. Corporate Aviation Experience in Charters preferred

  • 3-5 years' experience

  • Related experience in Sales & Customer Service

  • Good knowledge of Office Suite and Internet

  • Self-starter - shows initiative and motivation

  • Excellent organizational & communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to think/work creatively and independently
