Job Summary

Assure that Execaire performs to the best of its abilities its contractual obligations and commitments to our customers while assuring solid customer support, financial support, technical support, and optimization of their account. The incumbent will be responsible for a number of customer accounts.

 

Responsibilities

CONTRACT & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Manage and renew internal and third party aircraft contracts and subscription services
  • Draft legal agreements and coordinate with Execaire legal counsel for final versions
  • Intimately understand all customer contracts and ensures that they are being fulfilled legally, operationally and financially
  • Assure proper compliance to contract terms and conditions
  • Manage all aircraft heavy maintenance events
  • Coordinate aircraft inductions and aircraft departures
  • Provide different types of analyses as required by customer and Execaire
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

FINANCIAL REPORTING & ANALYSIS

  • Prepare and present aircraft annual operating budgets, interim forecasts, and annual reviews
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as required by customer and Execaire
  • Review and issue monthly aircraft billing, ensuring accuracy, proper alignment with budget, and justification of major discrepancies
  • Act proactively with customers and internal departmental teams when discrepancies are likely to affect the budget

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer's senior management to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Proactively lead customer support activities including coordinating and collaborating with different departments and customers to review performance and resolve issues
  • Provide feedback regarding services, customer concerns and cost related issues
  • Support the customer satisfaction improvement effort by proposing/championing/supporting process improvements affecting the  customer experience

AIRCRAFT SALES & CHARTER SALES SUPPORT

  • Liaise with Aircraft Sales to support additional client sales opportunities
  • Prepare budget proposals and agreements for potential customers
  • Support Charter Sales for customer aircraft charter opportunities

Qualifications

  • University degree in finance, administration, commerce
  • Experience in an account management/customer relations role, with a proven track record for managing multiple stakeholder relationships
  • 5 years + relevant experience
  • Related experience in aviation (asset)
