About the Position

We are looking for a Director of Business Development for our global operations. In this role, you will be responsible for general business development responsibilities including researching/finding new organizations/markets to find new opportunities to improve sales, develop and plan marketing initiatives to help drive partner value. Furthermore, you will be responsible for understanding business roles and requirements to drive strategic contracts forth.  Participate in pre- and post-sales configuration and process management and in strategic marketing planning, channel partner development and management and other related business development activities.  This is a US remote position.



  • Business Development
    • Create Agreement Term Sheets and Frameworks
    • Understand and document business requirements for the company and its partners
    • Translate agreement requirements into clear topic areas, socialize positions on both sides
    • Negotiate favorable terms for the company
    • Achieve agreement terms on a wide range of technical, clinical, IP and operational agreement types
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and viable income streams, by developing growth strategies and plans
    • Build long-term relationships with new and current partners to ensure agreements are up to date and follow business roles
    • Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
    • Report on success and areas needing improvement
  • Contract Drafting
    • Assess contract clause requirements
    • Review and select and draft templates based on business needs
    • Incorporate business feedback regarding risks, opportunities, main objectives and edge cases
    • Ensure all pricing, appendices and past agreements are considered and complete
    • Prepare a complete document requiring little legal department editing
  • Negotiation & Mediation
    • Executive presence and gravitas in outward facing discussions
    • Collaborator and problem-solver in inward facing discussions
    • Negotiate favorable terms for the company
    • Achieve agreement terms on a wide range of technical, clinical, IP, distribution, licensing and operational type agreements
  • Provide support to the legal department by answering questions and providing information that facilitate timely finalization of partner agreements.




  • 5+ years At least 3 years of experience in operations/business administration
  • Medical Imaging/PACS experience preferred
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • High-level of communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building and implementing business development strategies
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Attention to detail
  • Skill in prioritization and triaging obligations
  • Experience in sales and marketing


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business required or an MBA preferred


Salary:  Depending on qualifications and experience. Commensurate upon experience
