About the Position

TeraRecon’s Marketing Campaign Specialist will work collaboratively and cross functionally with other marketing, sales and solutions team members to execute comprehensive multimedia campaigns designed to increase market awareness, drive demand generation and execute lead nurture strategy.  The Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for creating the required components of conceptualized campaigns, texting, executing and measuring strategic campaign results utilizing our marketing automation platform.  They will also be responsible for engaging prospects with lead follow up via phone and email to capture opportunity information and set appointments ensuring a smooth transition to sales. 

 

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to produce high-quality results, effective in cross-functional communication, and thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines.

 

This position is based in our Durham, NC headquarters.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage execution of email, web, and social media campaigns across multiple stakeholders and initiatives, including campaign set up, testing, QA and change rounds, approval, and deployment in adherence to tight deadlines.
  • Partner directly with an internal team of stakeholders, including marketing management, sales, and solutions teams to develop campaign strategy and execution plans that increase pipeline growth with qualified leads.
  • Report on campaign performance and share results with stakeholders weekly, including identifying opportunities to improve and scale campaigns in real-time.
  • Execute detailed quality control check points to ensure campaigns are deployed with the highest quality, attention to detail, and operating as required by stakeholders.
  • Manage database segmentation (within Hubspot) with a focus on accuracy and quality, to ensure appropriate audiences are receiving the right communications.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate with 1-3 years experience managing campaign execution using Hubspot (or a similar marketing automation – Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or a similar CRM platform – Salesforce, etc).
  • Superior project management and organization skills to execute complex campaigns, while also managing and motivating internal stakeholders to strict campaign timelines.
  • A confident and proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task while driving results.
  • Excellent written, oral, and intrapersonal communication skills.
  • A passion for learning, change, and thinking outside the box to propose and implement new campaigns, process efficiencies, and innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word/Powerpoint) proficiency and proven ability to interpret and analyze performance data, report on top-to-bottom funnel metrics, and use data to improve campaign performance.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Radiology, Medical Imaging, Software a plus.

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years experience managing marketing campaigns through Marketing Automation platforms (Hubspot or similar) and CRM systems (Dynamics CRM or similar).

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience

 

 

Salary:  Depending on qualifications and experience.
