About the Position

The Director of Clinical Solutions Consultant (SME) will be working with leaders in medical imaging, interventionalists, and neurologists to bring world-class AI to health systems.  Supported by the pristine reputation of a trusted industry leader, this position will be introducing and expanding the presence of our next-generation AI-powered Suites into the market. These AI Suites facilitate better patient outcomes by reducing the time to treatment and delivering point-of-care access to sophisticated tools for precise patient assessment, tissue characterization, and interventional procedure planning in ways never before possible. This is one example for the Neuro AI Suite.

For example, even in the largest integrated healthcare provider networks, there is often limited access to the tools needed for proper triage when a 10-minute delay could significantly impact a patient’s outcome. Data shows that by ensuring patients receive timely and necessary intervention, patient disability costs can be reduced by approximately $54k per patient per year.*

In this position, and with this technology, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving how patients are cared for when they arrive for treatment in hospitals. This role aligns to our corporate mission of transforming advanced visualization by leveraging artificial intelligence and delivering continuous innovation to our 900+ US customers. 

The position is a remote field position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinically-driven enterprise software sales with responsibility for AI Suites  running on the AI Eureka Platform
  • Interact with physicians, hospital executives, and service line administrators to become a natural extension of their stroke teams and the C-level administration responsible for decision-making
  • Build relationships, pipeline, reference sites and increasing subscription revenues within the assigned accounts and/or territories
  • Demonstrate the level of growth necessary to support the build-out and expansion of a sales team, with the possibility for a leadership role based on requisite performance and leadership
  • Serve as the bridge between the customers’ clinical teams and the company’s subject matter experts and product teams
  • Perform duties as an individual sales contributor, a solution evangelist and a company leader, with the ability to execute with the agility of a startup and quickly refine the product/market fit and use cases to ensure that TeraRecon delivers in accordance with its world class reputation
  • Become a student of the game, leveraging key clinical studies, real-world data, and customer feedback to educate key stakeholders about advanced visualization and AI
  • Ability to provide expert business presentations and first-pass product consultations regarding  the advanced visualization and AI
  • Maintain knowledge of the industry and the competition, continually seeking information from physicians, suppliers, insurance carriers and others to challenge, modify and prioritize regional strategies, set the customer buying criterion, and differentiate our products from the competition.
  • Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews, demonstrating an informed strategy, and precise tactical execution.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, Vice President of AI Solution Sales, Vice President of Marketing, and Chief Revenue Office to develop and implement detailed action plans for targeted sales strategies at Enterprise opportunities
  • Collaborate with iNtuition TSMs to prospect and progress AI opportunities
  • Develop, execute and track sales motion in the subscription sales cycle from lead to close
  • Exemplify the highest level of ethical business conduct and stewardship of TeraRecon   

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hospital quota-based value selling experience in medical devices or healthcare software
  • Experience in neuro-intervention, neurology, or neurosurgery sales call points background required
  • Confidence and competence working with a wide variety of physician specialties, hospital executives at both the service-line level and C-suite
  • Demonstrated ability selling economic value and impact to the value chain in hospitals and IDN’s
  • Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management experience
  • Experience in subscription healthcare software technology sales preferred
  • Proven consistent track record of sales success exceeding quarterly and yearly sales quota (consistent top performer sales accomplishment rankings)
  • Proven track record of success selling across multiple customer stakeholders
  • Experience in selling to the hospital C-Suite (CEO, CFO, CIO, CMO) a strong plus
  • Available and willing to work and travel some weekends and evenings
  • Travel estimated at >50%

Education:

  • BA/BS degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent job-related experience

Salary:  Depending on qualifications and experience.
