Corporate Governance Paralegal (Part-time)

Federal Signal has an immediate opening for a Corporate Governance Paralegal to work out of its corporate offices in Oak Brook, IL. The successful incumbent will file SEC and NYSE required reporting; support the preparation of Federal Signal Proxy Statement and preparation of Board and Nominating & Governance Committee materials for distribution to Directors; manage trademark portfolio and payment of patent maintenance fees; maintain corporate and subsidiary record books; and respond to various corporate governance and compliance requests from internal and external personnel.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
|Position Requirements:||• Bachelor's Degree required
• Proficiency and advanced knowledge of MS Excel – required
• Working knowledge in MS Word and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Express Options software
• Proficiency and advanced knowledge of Adobe
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
• Familiarity with Workiva
• Paralegal certification a plus
