The warehouse department is committed to providing timely and accurate service in the receiving, storing and issuing of materials needed to supply the organization.


  • Receive and issue warehouse material.
  • Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to other designated areas.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins.
  • Open bales, crates and other containers.
  • Input necessary data into the computer.
  • Prepare Short & Damage (OS&D) and shipping notices.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory of stocked items.
  • Coordinate and prepare requisitions for materials and supplies.
  • Count all warehouse stock for inventory control.
  • Maintain the warehouse and yard, keeping clean and orderly to ensure items are efficiently stores/displayed.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors.


Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.


  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment (i.e. forklifts, 2 ton truck).
  • General computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Software, MIMS).
  • Prior warehouse experience a plus.


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One (1) year of related experience.
