Summary 
The Digital Services Marketing Coordinator position performs a wide range of marketing support, financial and administrative functions related to the daily operations of the marketing department with a focus on digital services. This position reports to the Content Marketing Manager. 
 
Essential Job Functions
Manage marketing's content calendar as it relates to important ASC dates and deadlines including pass sales, events and other important initiatives
Manage ASC’s blog program
Support and coordination of digital projects as assigned (website/email/social media content and digital marketing) 
Support the Marketing team by planning, coordinating, and executing events and group activities for the department 
Work with Content Marketing Manager on budget and competitive forecasting for the department
Conduct relevant ASC research on social media, assist and coordinate social media initiatives with the Content Marketing Manager 
Support and manage website content as needed, coordinating with Online Services Manager 
Support and manage email programs including the weekly newsletter and other automated eCRM, coordinating with the Director of Digital Services
Assist in gathering/compiling competitive information when necessary, coordinate with managers on monthly marketing reporting dashboard 
Assist CMO with scheduling, meetings, and travel planning
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required
1-3 years of experience in the field of marketing required
Experience managing social media for an organization and/or business required
Experience working with Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel required
Proofing/copywriting experience required 
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Content Management System experience preferred
Resort experience preferred
