The Accounts Payable Clerk assists the Accounts Payable Manager in all daily aspects of Accounts Payable duties including data entry in accounting software, file management and check processing.
Essential Job Functions
•Reconciles monthly statements and makes calls for missing invoices
•Holds checks and contacts vendors for W-9 forms
•Enters invoices into JDE A/P software
•Creates and manages new labels/files
•Files all paid bills, voided checks, W-9’s and CIP copies
•Assists in check processing including matching checks and mailing them out
•Sorts and processes daily US mail and inter-office mail

•High school diploma or equivalent required
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
•Oracle Enterprise (JDE) experience helpful
