Assist with upkeep and proper functioning of all ranch facilities, property and equipment. Assist in providing the best experience possible to our guests and fellow staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform upkeep, repair and maintenance on all ranch property including cabins, lodge rooms, public areas, restrooms, and restaurants. This will include, but is not limited to:
Pool and hot tub maintenance and cleaning
Replacement of flooring, glass, screens, and drapes
Painting, both interior and exterior
Clean all entrance and storage areas and lock up
Maintain adequate lighting through the property
Assure that all required work orders and daily work logs are accurately completed and receipts accurately documented
Comply with company and OSHA safety regulations, policies and procedures and maintain clean and orderly work areas and equipment.
Assist and support the team with projects as needed.
Troubleshoot problems and resolve in a timely manner.
Make proper use of all safety equipment provided.
Provide exceptional guest service to our guests by providing quick response to issues and being flexible to complete any task needed for the good of the guest and ranch.
Other duties as assigned.
Ability to work efficiently and safely.
Ability to cooperate with staff ranch-wide under the direction of the Facilities Manager.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong follow up mentality to ensure all projects are completed in full and in a timely manner.
Strong problem solving skills.
Able to identify possible issues and perform preventative maintenance prior to it affecting our guests.
Able to stand for entire shift.
Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Able to tolerate exposure to extreme cold, snow, rain and heat.
Excellent hand dexterity
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be a minimum 21 years of age
2-3 years previous maintenance experience preferred.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Familiar with proper use and upkeep of ranch maintenance equipment.
