Infinity Sales Group is seeking a motivated bi-lingual (Spanish) training specialist to assist with facilitating new hire sales training. This position will provide on the job training, one-on one support, and ongoing training to current sales agents.



  • Facilitate new hire training for Spanish-speaking and bilingual sales agents.
  • Identify and assess ongoing training needs.
  • Facilitate on the job training, workshops, demonstrations and one-on-one training for existing Spanish-speaking and bilingual sales agents.
  • Monitor and assess trainee performance to determine their ability to perform job functions and function at a high level.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to trainees who are having issues grasping materials and concepts.
  • Promote a work environment that is positive and compliant with established policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates to sales leadership and recruiting on the progress and status of training classes and outcomes.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned by the VP of Sales.



  • Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible, organized, a sense of urgency, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a learning environment and demonstrate a positive attitude and patience for varying levels of understanding in the classroom.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and schedule training sessions and report on the status of assigned work and training statistics.
  • Ability to develop innovative approaches and ideas to improve the learning experience for participants.
  • Detailed knowledge of and experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • 3-5 years of relevant call center management or training experience.
