Infinity Sales Group is seeking a motivated bi-lingual (Spanish) training specialist to assist with facilitating new hire sales training. This position will provide on the job training, one-on one support, and ongoing training to current sales agents.
Facilitate new hire training for Spanish-speaking and bilingual sales agents.
Identify and assess ongoing training needs.
Facilitate on the job training, workshops, demonstrations and one-on-one training for existing Spanish-speaking and bilingual sales agents.
Monitor and assess trainee performance to determine their ability to perform job functions and function at a high level.
Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to trainees who are having issues grasping materials and concepts.
Promote a work environment that is positive and compliant with established policies and procedures.
Provide regular updates to sales leadership and recruiting on the progress and status of training classes and outcomes.
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned by the VP of Sales.
Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
Must possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible, organized, a sense of urgency, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a learning environment and demonstrate a positive attitude and patience for varying levels of understanding in the classroom.
Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and schedule training sessions and report on the status of assigned work and training statistics.
Ability to develop innovative approaches and ideas to improve the learning experience for participants.
Detailed knowledge of and experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
3-5 years of relevant call center management or training experience.
