ISG is seeking a motivated and hard-working Sales Manager to join our team as we continue to develop relationships with new and existing partners.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising the day to day activity of Sales Representatives and Team Leads.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Communicating new ideas and/or issues as they arise
  • Creating performance improvement plans for agents who are not meeting departmental performance goals
  • Fostering a positive environment for agents through continual development and support
  • Handling escalated calls or calls with potentially lost business where appropriate
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of all products, promotions, sales approaches, and company policy
  • Maintaining an open line of communication with direct superiors to ensure all departmental goals are achieved
  • Managing workforce real-time to ensure all sales opportunities are handled accordingly
  • Managing team and agent production real-time using a company issued device
  • Monitoring progress and development of team leads and sales agents against performance standards
  • Performing call reviews and providing subsequent feedback where appropriate
  • Responding to communication in a prompt manner
  • Following any additional directives as issued by the Executive team

Requirements include:

  • Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 3-5 years of relevant call center or management experience
  • Open availability
