Provides support to the Legal Recruiting Department and the Washington, D.C. office in the recruitment and hiring process of lateral attorneys, the summer associate program and law school on-campus recruitment and hiring.
Legal Recruiting Department support may include:
Opening, sorting, distributing department email
Arranging logistics for internal/external meetings including sending meeting appointments and preparing meeting materials such as agendas, reports, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
A minimum of one year of administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional services industry is also preferred.
The position requires strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and applicant tracking software experience is a plus.
Conscientious, well organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take appropriate initiative.
Excellent follow up and follow through abilities.
Ability to multi-task, manage, and prioritize projects effectively.
Ability to work independently, under the direction of others and as a part of a team.
Ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.

Normal office environment and schedule. This is a non-exempt position; candidate must be willing and able to handle overtime as needed especially during the busy on-campus season (July – September).
