Talent Plus, an international human resources consulting firm, is seeking a talented Sales Intern to join our team. The Sales Intern will work with our business development team to expand our business relationships and grow our business. The ideal candidate will be available approximately 20 hours per week during the school year with the potential of up to 40 hours a week during the summer. Top candidates will enjoy sales and have an entrepreneurial drive to grow a book of business. This is a 12-month long period or longer and have the potential to move to full time after graduation or at the conclusion of their internship given Talent Plus business needs.

The Sales Intern will be responsible for providing Talent Plus services in a variety of roles to effectively enhance their learning and development in the field of human resources, management consulting and business development. The Sales Intern will play a critical role in starting a new client relationship for Talent Plus. This is a part-time role that requires an individual to work during regular business hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work through the academic year and into the summer.
Primarily, the Sales Intern will provide support in business development at Talent Plus. This associate will research and gather information around key issues for prospective organizations. In addition to researching prospective organizations, this associate will be trained to set sales appointments and help with follow-up for Business Developers (BD) as they strive to meet with key decision makers identified through the sales and marketing campaigns of Talent Plus. There will also be opportunities for the individual to help with the creation of marketing campaigns.
