Talent Plus, an international human resources consulting firm, is seeking a gifted Digital Media Influencer to join our branding team. The Digital Media Influencer will be an integral part of our team in positioning our digital brand across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate will have a unique gift for understanding and maximizing digital trends and they must be a masterful project and content coordinator with a sense of urgency. Top candidates will understand digital brand positioning for individuals and the importance of a consistent brand voice and messaging. The Digital Media Influencer will also be responsible for activities that focus on effortlessly and creatively handling online marketing tools like websites, social media sites, podcasts and blogs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating the creation of digital content
  • Managing end-to-end digital projects
  • Maintaining a strong online company voice
  • Monitoring digital performance and creating improvement plans
  • Website administration that includes managing/establishing our web presence to boost brand awareness that includes written content, video, photos and functionality
  • Managing social media platforms like LinkedIn for individuals or groups
  • Tracking and “listening” to the marketplace and report back on trends
  • Discovering public relations opportunities that may advance our brand
  • Managing content submissions across multiple platforms
  • Regularly learning and staying up to date with digital media trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office: specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook (and video platforms)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent relationship skills
  • Work closely with Branding & Marketing Team members as well as associates who are our clients and client contacts as needed
