We are actively recruiting for a Management Consultant who will help us transform our federal client’s nation-wide customer experience program through the implementation and ongoing assessment of a series of customer experience pilots.

LOCATION: Everyone teleworking due to COVID-19. Client moving to Springfield, VA---we do not expect to be based there—but will need to be able to travel there for client meetings/workshops as needed once COVID-19 clears. ASI has offices in Rosslyn, VA as well. Expectation to be on-site (client or ASI location depending on meetings) 2-3 days per week.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
Now through January 2021; expecting 1-2 year extension. Position not necessarily tied to specific contract.
