ASI Government serves as a trusted advisor to government leaders seeking improved performance, enhanced organization effectiveness, and strategic change.

We are actively recruiting for a Management Consultant who will help us transform our federal client’s nation-wide customer experience program through the implementation and ongoing assessment of a series of customer experience pilots.

Scope of Work:

  • Implement customer experience and employee engagement pilots
  • Monitor pilots’ success based on key indicators   
  • Design and manage client knowledge management/SharePoint sites 
  • Develop high-quality client deliverables, including crisp Power Point decks, recommendations, communication messages and materials, and executive briefings
  • Design and facilitate client meetings
  • Drive critical project actions forward on behalf of the client
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings and workshops
  • Lead ongoing capture and tracking of meeting notes, actions, and decisions
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and synthesis, as needed
  • Develop strong knowledge base on client’s “business”/subject matter

 

Requirements:

  • Two to three years federal management consulting experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office experience including creating graphic content (e.g. PowerPoint, slick sheets, process flow charts)
  • SharePoint knowledge management experience
  • Motivated to learn; driven, hungry
  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Data analysis experience a plus
  • Candidates must be able to achieve DHS suitability clearance

  • Strong critical thinker, problem-solver and naturally solution-oriented
  • Strong time manager - able to manage multiple work streams/projects and respond promptly to tight deadlines; escalates concerns or questions regarding priorities or deadlines without prodding
  • Flexible and able to quickly change course as needed
  • Receptive to and appreciative of feedback from clients and colleagues

LOCATION: Everyone teleworking due to COVID-19. Client moving to Springfield, VA---we do not expect to be based there—but will need to be able to travel there for client meetings/workshops as needed once COVID-19 clears. ASI has offices in Rosslyn, VA as well. Expectation to be on-site (client or ASI location depending on meetings) 2-3 days per week.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:

Now through January 2021; expecting 1-2 year extension. Position not necessarily tied to specific contract.
